Jamie’s Italian Restaurant Opening

The opening of Jamie Oliver’s new Italian restaurant opening up in the city centre has certainly created a buzz around town. Designed with Birmingham’s Industrial history in mind, the interior portrays some of Birmingham’s unique heritage and represents how we know Birmingham today. However, it has also got the all important rustic Italian feel that upmost reflects the diversity in Italian lifestyles, cooking and traditions – Jamie has gone for an ‘authentic’ look rather than plush, yet this is what makes it interesting and appealing.
The restaurant is located in the prime position of overlooking the stunning St Martin’s Church, which gives restaurant goers the chance to catch some spectacular views, especially this time of year, when the night sky falls, the lights outside glisten which gives an extra buzz of dining in the restaurant.
Although, Jamie’s Italian restaurants are affordable in price, the overall dining experience is second to none which makes this restaurant really stand out from the crowd. With Christmas lurking, and Birmingham being renowned for having a 1000 shops in its city centre – all within 10 minutes of each other, including the luxury ‘Mailbox’ and ‘Selfridges’ in the Bullring. The ‘one mile of style’ city hosts plenty of opportunity to shop, and Jamie’s Italian Restaurant being the perfect place to revive one’s energy by catching a bite to eat.
